Hey my pretty readers… As you know i am on the lookout for healthy yet interesting food which entices the senses. So I am back with yet another healthy yummy recipe.
Right now i feel there is a craze going on for smoothie bowls. So i though of getting on board my self. And what other way to start the smoothie fun than with fresh mangoes and bananas.
Smoothie bowls are so easy and fun to make. Takes very little time and looks super amazing.
So without further ado, lets get started.
Mango Banana Sunshine Smoothie Bowl
2-3 overly ripe bananas
1 ripe mango
a dash of milk(any type of milk will do)
1 tsp organic honey
1 tsp vanilla essence(totally optional)
handful of coconut flakes
handful of choice of fruits
handful of choice of nuts and seeds(I used fax seeds, goji berries and sunflower seeds)
1/2 cup homemade granola
Cut bananas and mango in small pieces
Mix in honey, milk and vanilla essence. And now just blend away. (I used a hand blender)
Pour the smoothie in a bowl.
Now garnish with all the ingredients and decorate it in your own way.
