2 overly riped pears
1/2 cup organic almond butter
1/2 cup organic honey/nutella
1 tsp vanilla essense
1/2 cup peanut butter
handful of goji berries
handful of sunflower seeds
handful of flax seeds
handful of coconut flakes
handful of chocolate chips(if required)
You may increase/decrease the quantity of honey/nutella as per your taste.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the pears in half.
Core out the halved pears so there is a little well in the middle.
In this tiny well, scoop in a little bit of almond butter followed by a tiny scoop of honey/nutella followed by a tini-tiny scoop of peanut butter.
Top it off with tiny quantities of Goji berries, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and coconut flakes.
If you need a little chocolate goodness in this, top it up with a few chocolate chips.
Bake for 35 minutes or until pears are tender and the juices are flowing…
PS: Your house will be filled with the sweet scent of pears….
Top it off with some chocolate syrup if you feel 🙂
